This article presents a comparative analysis of the amount of air required for fuel combustion according to the formulas. Also given are the values of air volume for internal combustion engines (ICE) under given conditions. Calculation formulas for carbon for complete and partial combustion are given in the internal combustion engine. It is shown that the value of the air excess coefficient decreases. The quality of the analysis of methods of theoretical calculation is considered in the conducted scientific researches. В данной статье представлен сравнительный анализ количества воздуха, необходимого для сжигания топлива по формулам. Также приведены значения объема воздуха для двигателей внутреннего сгорания (ДВС) при
заданных условиях. Расчетные формулы углерода при полном и частичном сгорании приведены в ДВС. Показано, что значение коэффициента избыточности воздуха снижается. В проведенных научных исследованиях
рассмотрено качество анализа методов теоретического расчета. Резюме предоставлено авторами.
