Aholining transport bilan qamrov darajasini baholashni olimlar turli parametrlar bilan bog‘lagan. Maqolada aholining transport bilan qamrovi va ta’minlanganlik darajasini aholi bandligi, shahar hududi va aholi soniga bog‘liqlik bo‘yicha aniqlash usullari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada hududlarda aholining jamoat transporti bilan qamrov darajasi va harakatchanligini belgilashdagi mavjud muammolar o‘rganilgan bo‘lib, O‘zbekiston sharoiti uchun aholining hududlar miqyosida transport bilan qamrovi va ta’minlanganlik darajasini aniqlash usulini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tahlillar amalga oshirilgan. Transport bilan qamrov darajasini baholash aniqligini oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Shaharlar va viloyatlar markazlarida aholining jamoat transporti bilan ta’minlanganlik darajasi statistik ko‘rsatkichlar yordamida baholangan va xulosalarda ta’minlanganlik ko‘rsatkichlari past hududlar bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.

Transport bilan qamrov darajasini baholash aniqligini oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Shaharlar va viloyatlar markazlarida aholining jamoat transporti bilan ta’minlanganlik darajasi statistik ko‘rsatkichlar yordamida baholangan va xulosalarda ta’minlanganlik ko‘rsatkichlari past hududlar bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
Оценку уровня обеспеченности населения транспортом учёные связывают с различными параметрами. В методах расчёта учитывались такие показатели, как численность населения, плотность территории, дорожная и маршрутная сети, уровень занятости и количество перевезённых пассажиров. В статье проанализированы методы определения транспортной обеспеченности и мобильности населения в зависимости от занятости, территории города и численности населения. В статье также изучены существующие проблемы определения уровня обеспеченности и мобильности населения общественным транспортом в регионах, их анализ проведён в целях совершенствования метода определения уровня транспортной обеспеченности и мобильности населения в масштабах и условиях регионов Узбекистана. Разработаны рекомендации по повышению точности оценки уровня обеспеченности транспортом.
Scientists have linked the assessment of the level of supply of population with transport with various parameters, and such indicators as population, density of the area, road and route networks, levels of employment and numbers of transported passengers have been considered in calculation methods. The article reviews methods for determining the level of transport coverage and supply of population, including reporting and statistical method, methods determining the correlation with employment status of citizens, city area and population size. Moreover, existing problems in determining the levels of coverage with - and mobility of the population by means of public transport in the regions have been investigated, and analyzes – made to improve methods for determining the coverage and supply of transport at the regional level in the context of Uzbekistan. Recommendations have been developed to increase accuracy of assessment of the level of transport supply. The level of provision of the public transport to population in city centers and regions was assessed using statistical indicators, and recommendations were made for the areas with low levels of supply.
