Целью данного обзора являлось изучение и анализ современных методов диагностики и лечения обструктивного апноэ сна. Проведенный анализ современной литературы показывал, что в диагностике обструктивного апноэ сна полисомнография является решающим в постановке диагноза, проводимые генетические исследования будут способствовать выявлению генотипического и фенотипического происхождения данного заболевания, выбор метода лечения зависит от тяжести заболевания, обструкции отделов верхних дыхательный путей.

The purpose of this review was to study and analyze modern methods for diagnosing and treating of obstructive sleep apnea. The analysis of modern literature showed that, polysomnography is crucial in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea, genetic studies will help identify the genotypic and phenotypic origin of this disease, the choice of treatment depends on the severity of the disease, obstruction of the upper respiratory tract.
