To‘qimachilik sanoati ijtimoiy ahamiyatga ega mahsulotlar 
ishlab chiqarish, iqtisodiyot va aholi ehtiyojlarini qondirishda muhim 
o‘rinlardan birini egallaydi. So‘nggi yillarda mavjud texnologik quvvatlardan, 
turli xomashyodan samarali foydalanish masalalari kun tartibidan o‘rin oldi. 
Maqolada har xil tur, rangli yakka iplar va/yoki yigirilgan iplardan uzluksiz 
chiziqli melanj effekti bilan trikotaj ishlab chiqarish usulining o‘ziga xosligi 
ochib berilgan hamda ishlab chiqarish sharoitida olingan namunalarning 
taxlash va texnologik ko‘rsatkichlari berilgan. Melanj naqsh samarasiga 
erishishning yangi usuli barcha ko‘ndalangiga o‘rilgan trikotaj, jumladan, 
glad, futer va aralash futer o‘rilishlarda ham foydalanilishi mumkinligi amaliy 
asoslangan. Mazkur usul trikotaj mato va mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarishda keng 
foydalanilayotgan barcha o‘rilishlar assortimentini ko‘paytiradi hamda har xil 
tur, rangli iplar asosida melanj naqsh samarali ichki, yengil ustki va boshqa 
trikotaj mahsulotlari turlarini kengaytirishga zamin yaratishi amaliy yechimlar 
asosida isbotlangan.

Текстильная промышленность занимает одно из важных 
мест в производстве продукции, имеющей социальное значение, а 
также в удовлетворении потребностей экономики и населения. В 
последние годы вопросы эффективного использования существующих 
технологических мощностей и различных видов сырья стали очень 
актуальными. В статье раскрыты особенности метода производства 
трикотажа с непрерывным линейным меланжевым эффектом из 
различных типов и цветов одиночных и (или) кручёных нитей, а также 
приведены технологические показатели и результаты испытаний 
образцов, полученных в производственных условиях. Практически 
обосновано, что новый способ достижения меланжевого эффекта 
может быть использован во всех видах поперечно-вязаного трикотажа, 
включая гладь, футер и смешанный футер. Данный метод расширяет 
ассортимент всех используемых в производстве трикотажных тканей и 
изделий переплетений, кроме того, на основе различных типов и цветов 
нитей создаёт основу для расширения ассортимента меланжевых 
узоров на лёгкой верхней одежде, белье и других трикотажных изделиях, 
что подтверждено практическими решениями

The textile industry occupies one of the important places in the 
production of socially important products, meeting the needs of the economy and 
the population. In recent years, issues of effective use of existing technological 
capacities and various raw materials have been on the agenda. The article 
reveals the uniqueness of the method of producing knitwear with a continuous 
linear melange effect from different types, colored single yarns or spun yarns, 
as well as the fitting and technological parameters of samples taken under 
production conditions. The new method of achieving the melange effect is 
practical, and can be used in all cross-knits, including glad, futher and mixed 
futher weaves. This method increases the range of all types of weaving widely 
used in the production of knitted fabrics and products, and the melange pattern 
based on various types and colored yarns creates the basis for expanding the 
types of effective inner, light upper and other knitted products based on practical 
solutions.
