Tikuv iplari xususiyatlari ekspluatatsiya ishonchliligi, uni ishlab chiqarishning barcha bosqichlarida kiyim sifatini shakllantirishga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Tikuv iplari mustahkamligini o‘rganishda tikuv iplari tarkibi, tuzilishi va assortimenti, fizik-mexanik xossalari, tikuv iplarining texnologik parametrlari (chok chastotasi, ip tarangligi, tikuv mashinasi tezligi va boshqalar), buralgan ipning xossalari va tolali tarkibi, fizik-mexanik xossalarini hisobga olgan holda, materiallar assortimenti, matoning qalinligi, qavatlar soni va boshqalar parametrlar hisobga olindi. Avtomobil sanoati korxonalarining yig‘uv sexi ishchilari uchun yangi tolaviy tarkibli matodan kurtka va shimdan iborat maxsus kiyim komplekti yaratildi. Shuningdek, maxsus kiyim uzelleriga texnologik ishlov berish usullari ishlab chiqilib, optimal usul tavsiya etildi va samarali
natijalarga erishildi.

В данной статье исследованы технологические параметры соединения деталей специальной одежды для рабочих сборочного цеха автомобильной промышленности. При соединении деталей спецодежды
основными факторами являются нитки для шитья и прочность шва. Свойства швейных ниток существенно влияют на надёжность эксплуатации и формирование качества изделия на всех этапах
производства. При изучении прочности швейных нитей учитывались их структура, состав и ассортимент, физико-механические свойства, технологические параметры швейных нитей (частота стежков, натяжение нити, скорость швейной машины и др.); свойства и волокнистый состав кручёных нитей, физико-механические характеристики материалов, ассортимент и толщина ткани, количество слоёв и другие параметры. Для работников сборочного цеха предприятий автомобильной промышленности
был разработан комплект специальной одежды, состоящий из куртки и брюк, из нового материала волокнистого состава. Также были разработаны технологические методы обработки узлов специальной одежды, определён оптимальный метод и достигнуты высокие показатели эффективности.
This article investigates the technological parameters of joining components of special garments intended for workers of the assembly department in the automotive industry. In the joining of special garment parts, sewing thread and seam strength are the primary factors. The properties of sewing threads signi ficantly affect operational reliability and the formation of garment quality at all stages of production. The study of sewing-thread strength considered their composition, structure, and assortment; physical and mechanical properties; technological parameters of sewing threads (stitch density, thread tension, sewing-machine speed, etc.); the properties and fiber composition of twisted threads; as well as material assortment, fabric thickness, number of layers, and related parameters. A special clothing set consisting of a jacket and trousers was developed for assembly-shop workers of automotive enterprises based on a new
fiber-composition fabric. In addition, technological methods for processing special-garment units were designed, an optimal method was recommended, and effective results were achieved.
