This scientific research is aimed at studying the fauna of entomopathogenic nematodes (EPN) found in the soil during the cultivation of cucumbers in the greenhouses of the Surkhandarya region of Uzbekistan, determining their ecological characteristics and evaluating the possibilities of using them in biological control against the thrips pest. The results of the study revealed different types of EPN in the greenhouse soils of Surkhondarya region, showed their ability to spread and effectively suppress the thrips population.
