Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of economies around the world, and they have a significant impact on employment and innovation development. However, the financing of small and medium-sized businesses remains one of the most urgent problems today, which is especially noticeable in developing countries. We can cite preferential loans as one of the methods of financing the small business sector. With its favorable conditions, preferential loans serve as a good tool for financing the small business sector, and have emerged as a powerful tool for expanding the capabilities of small businesses and developing private entrepreneurship. This article focuses on the impact of the preferential lending system on private entrepreneurship and their role in small business development.
