Banan o‘simligining ko‘chatlarini yetishtirish jaryonini in vitro sharoitida amlga oshirish bo‘yicha tadqiqotlar olib borilgan, shuningdek tadqiqotda ko‘chatlar uchun sun’iy oziqa muhitlari tayyorlangan. Oziqani tayyorlash va ekish jarayonida oziqaga turli yo‘llar bilan tushadigan zamburug‘larning o‘simlik o‘sishi uchun salbiy ta’siri hamda zamburug‘larning tur tarkibi o‘rganilgan. Tajribalar davomida zamburug‘larga qarshi samarali antibiotiklar shuningdek ularni qo‘llash bo‘yicha maqbul sarf me’yorlari keltirib o‘tilgan.

Проведены исследования по выращиванию рассады банана в условиях in vitro, а также в ходе исследования были приготовлены искусственные питательные среды для выращивания растений. Изучено негативное влияние грибов, попадающих в питательную среду различными путями в процессе её приготовления и посадки, на рост растений, а также их видовой состав. В ходе экспериментов были определены эффективные антибиотики против грибов и приведены оптимальные нормы их применения.
Studies were conducted on the in vitro propagation of banana plant seedlings, and artificial nutrient media for seedling cultivation were prepared during the research. The negative effects of fungal contamination introduced into the nutrient media through various routes during the preparation and planting processes on plant growth, as well as the species composition of the fungi, were investigated. During the experiments, effective antibiotics against fungal contamination and the optimal application rates for their use were identified and presented.
