In the present investigation nodal segments were used as explant for in vitro shoot regeneration in Klimintin. The MS basal medium was fortified with BAP and IBA to examine the different shoot regeneration parameters. When 2.9 mg/L BAP and 0.06 mg/L IBA added together to the medium produced the maximum sprouting percent, number of shoots, shoot length, and number of leaves.
