Мақолада марказий нейроаксиал блок (МНБ) ўтказишда қийинчиликлар кузатилиши мумкин бўлган 39 ҳомиладор аёл тадқиқот натижалари тақдим этилади. Ҳамма текширилувчилар 2 гуруҳга бўлинди. 1 (асосий) гуруҳга 20 нафар текширилувчи кириб, ултратовуш ёрдамида умуртқалараро оралиқ аниқланди. 2-(назорат) гуруҳига 19 нафар текширилувчи кириб, мўлжалланаётган пункция учун қулай сатҳ ва кўкрак пастки қисми ҳамда бел умуртқалари ўткир ўсиқлари проекцияси клиник усул билан аниқланди. Тадқиқот натижаларига кўра пастки кўкрак ва бел умуртқаларида превентив УТТ қўллаш семизлиги ва умуртқа поғонаси деформацияси бор беморларда МНБ ўтказиш учун ишончли мўлжал берди. Ултратовуш сканерлаш пункция қилиниши керак бўлган соҳа умуртқа поғонаси анатомик структураларини тўғри баҳолашга ёрдам беради.
The article presents the results of a study 39 pregnant patients with the expected difficulties in carrying out the central neuraxial blockade. All the patients were divided into 2 groups. In the first (main) group, which included 20 patients used preventive ultrasound imaging of intervertebral spaces. In the second (control) group, which included 19 studied patients, the optimal level of the intended puncture and the projection of the spinous processes of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine was determined by the clinical method. According to research the use of preventive ultrasound of the lower thoracic and lumbar spine provides a fairly reliable guidelines when using CNB in patients with obesity and spinal deformity. Ultrasound scan will advance to assess the anatomical structures of the spine, which have to be perforated.
