To date, the urgent task is to create remediation measures for soils contaminated to varying degrees by oil and oil products, corresponding to the climatic conditions of the territory. Experiments revealed that the desert soil types as a result of oil contamination of soil pH environment from 7,3 to 5.2. The amount of aggregates (0.25; 0.5; 1; 2; 3; 5; 7; 10 mm) in the soil has been changed. The big change was determined by the concentration of oil, motor oil, kerosene 15%. Due to oil pollution, technogenic salinity has occurred. The salinity type is chloride-sulfate and it is poisonous. As a result of contamination with oil and oil products, carbon dioxide increases. It is not an organic carbon, it is anthropogenic carbon. However, anthropogenic carbon is unnecessary for soil fertility and properties. Considering the properties of different types of soil, bacterial strains (MFD-100 Pseudomonas stutzeri, MFD-200 Pseudomonas caryophyllis, MFD-5000 Bacillus subtilis) were specially suggested. The time span of biological recultivation was determined according to pollution levels. According to the results, the time spent on highly polluted desert soils was 50-64 months.
