The subject of the study is the analysis of the structural composition of the
material of the hydraulic shears, in order to create analogs. The microstructural analysis of the
material of the cutting blade of NK-80 typeshearsis conducted in the article. The research
method is an X-ray diffraction analysis of metals, alloys and minerals. On the basis of the
analysisperformed, it was determined that the structural composition can replace theapplied
