The study describes the design process of a meteorological unit and its working environment, with a focus on the way of detecting icing or snow on a controlled surface. A methodology for its technological implementation is provided, as well as measurements of proactive control of the controlled surface's electric heating process. The results of MATLAB simulation modeling of the device and technique of detecting ice or snow on a controlled surface are presented analyzed and discussed.

В статье приведен процесс проектирования метеорологического блока и его рабочее окружение. Рассматривается способ обнаружения обледенения или снега на контролируемой поверхности. Дается алгоритм его технической реализации, а также измерения упреждающего управления процессом электрообогрева контролируемой поверхности. Приводятся результаты имитационного моделирования устройства и способа определения льда или снега на контролируемой поверхности в среде MATLAB.
