В литературном обзоре описаны реконструктивно-пластические способы лечения и хирургической реабилитации больных хроническими стенозами гортани и трахеи. Обобщены литературные данные по различным методам пластики стойких ларинготрахеостом. Приведены результаты хирургического лечения 102 больных с данной патологией, оперированных авторами за последние 10 лет.

The literary review describes reconstructive plastic methods of treatment and surgical rehabilitation of patients with chronic stenosis of the larynx and trachea. Literature data on the various methods of plastics of resistant laryngotracheotomy were summarized. The authors showed the results of surgical treatment of 102 patients with this pathology, operated over the past 10 years
