Ишемическая болезнь сердца и метаболический синдром во многом взаимообусловлены. В связи с этим является актуальной проблемой современной медицины, так как своевременная диагностика и лечение этого сочетания может снизить инвалидизацию и смертность у данного контингента больных, продлив их жизнь и сохранив работоспособность.
В статье приведены данные нескольких крупно масштабных исследований, которые были направлены на наличие тесных взаимосвязей между ожирением, артериальной гипертензией (АГ), гиперлипидемией, нарушениями толерантности к глюкозе и ишемической болезнью сердца.
Coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome are largely interdependent. In this regard, it is an urgent problem of modern medicine, since timely diagnosis and treatment of this combination can reduce disability and mortality in this patients group, prolonging their life and preserving performance.
