In recent years, the use of Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC) in manufacturing systems has grown significantly, within the framework of Industry 4.0 and emerging Industry 5.0. The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the scientific papers written on improving performance systems of HRC based on standardization. 224 documents were obtained in the general search, after eliminating duplicates and applying certain inclusion and exclusion criteria, 65 papers were used for this review.
