Golubikani in-vitro sharoitida ko‘paytirishda BAP va Zeatin fitogormonlarining ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Tajribada golubika novdalari sonini oshirish bo‘yicha eng yaxshi gormon BAP, eng yaxshi nav esa Liberty (6,8 ta); novda uzunligi bo‘yicha Zeatin va Bluecrop (4,3 sm); yashil biomassa bo‘yicha BAP va Liberty (0,63 g); morfologik ko‘rinish bo‘yicha esa Zeatin gormoni va Liberty hamda Bluecrop navlari yetakchilik qildi. Golubika ko‘chatlar sonini oshirish asosiy maqsad qilinganda – BAP, sifatli va ko‘chirishga tayyor o‘simtalar olishda – Zeatindan foydalanish maqsadga muvofiq.

Изучено влияние фитогормонов BAP и Zeatin на размножение голубики в условиях in vitro. В ходе эксперимента лучшим гормоном для увеличения количества побегов голубики был BAP, а лучшим – сорт Liberty (6,8); по длине побегов – Zeatin и Bluecrop (4,3 см); по зелёной массе – BAP и Liberty (0,63 г); по морфологическому виду лидировали гормон Zeatin и сорта Liberty и Bluecrop. Если основной целью является увеличение количества сеянцев голубики, целесообразно использовать BAP, а для получения высококачественной рассады, готовой к пересадке, – Zeatin.

The effect of phytohormones BAP and Zeatin on blueberry propagation in-vitro was studied. During the experi ment, the best hormone for increasing the number of blueberry shoots was BAP, and the best was the Liberty variety (6.8); by shoot length – Zeatin and Bluecrop (4.3 cm); by green mass – BAP and Liberty (0.63 g); by morphological appearance, the Zeatin hormone and Liberty and Bluecrop varieties were in the lead. If the main goal is to increase the number of blueberry seedlings, it is advisable to use BAP, and to obtain high-quality seedlings ready for transplantation – Zeatin.
