Qulupnay o‘simliklarning In vitro laboratoriyasida birlamchi eksplantdan adventiv kurtaklar hosil qilishda o‘sish regulyatorlarining turli xil kombinatsiyalarining ta’sirini o‘rganish uchun tajriba o‘tkazildi. Adventiv kurtaklar hosil qilishda eng yaxshi natija 3.0 mg BAP + 0.01 mg IBA konsentratsiyada ishlatilganda tashkil etdi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari turli xil o‘sish regulyatorlarining aniq konsentratsiyasining aniqlash, qulupnay ko‘chatlarini sanoat darajasida yetishtirish uchun foydali bo‘lishi mumkin.

В лаборатории растений клубники in vitro был проведен эксперимент по изучению влияния различных комбинаций регуляторов роста на формирование адвентивных побегов из первичной эксплантации. Лучший результат при формировании адвентивных побегов составил 3,0 мг BAP + 0,01 мг IBA при использовании в концентрациях. Результаты этого исследования могут быть полезны для определения точных концентраций различных регуляторов роста для промышленного выращивания рассады клубники.
An experiment was carried out in the laboratory of strawberry plants in vitro to study the effects of various com binations of growth regulators in the formation of shoot induction from a primary exploit. The best result in the formation of shoot induction was 3.0 mg BAP + 0.01 mg IBA when used in consignment. The results of this study can be useful for deter mining the exact concentration of various growth regulators, for the industrial level of cultivation of strawberry seedlings.
