In the translation process, syntactic transformation methods are used as widely as other methods. This article highlights the syntactic features of the novel “Ulysses” by the famous Irish writer James Joyce, written in the “stream of consciousness” style used in the world modernist literature of the 20th century, and their syntactic transformations reflected in the TL.
