The effect of pathogen isolates (Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxysporum f. Sp. Vasinfectum, V. dahliae) on the germination of cotton seeds was studied at the pre-emergence stage. The effect of isolates on the germination and survival of seedlings was determined for all three hybrids. It was established that the hybrid combination participating in the experiment is significantly affected by pathogens of the genera Verticillium and Fusarium. F5 [F4 (L-105 × L-106) × L-105] showed high resistance to them and became the ancestral when creating a new variety S-6580.
