The article presents the data of differences in technological schemes of obtaining bioethanol for the type of raw materials used, the technological scheme developed by the authors of the main raw materials which are zionized varieties of sugar sorghum grown in our country, as well as the difference from the applied analogs of technological schemes of obtaining bioethanol for the following processes, depending on the physics of chemical properties of sugar sorghum, primary processing, cutting, pressing and recommendations for the utilization of he article presents the data of differences in technological schemes of obtaining bioethanol for the type of raw materials used, the technological scheme developed by the authors of the main raw materials which are zionized varieties of sugar sorghum grown in our country, as well as the difference from the applied analogs of technological schemes of obtaining bioethanol for the following processes, depending on the physics of chemical properties of sugar sorghum, primary processing, cutting, pressing and recommendations for the utilization of waste in the production of bioethanol such as leaves and panicle, cake from the stem and thick sediment.
