 В век бурного развития информационных и коммуникационных техно­логий информационная политика является частью культурной политики. Обеспечение полноценного использования населением информационных ресурсов, полноценного взаимодействия нашей страны с мировым информа­ционным потоком в конце 80-х и 90-х годах прошлого века широкое внедрение информационных и телекоммуникационных технологий в начале развивается с периода, когда решались вопросы на республиканском уровне. Это не только научно-технические информационные учреждения, но и библиотеки, высшие учебные заведения, которые поняли актуальность вхождения республики в глобальную информационную систему, вовлечены в процесс вхождения вузов. Выбранный нами путь развития направлен на обновление и развитие государства и общества с учетом мирового опыта, а также вековых национальных традиций, обычаев, традиционного образа жизни.

 

In the age of rapid development of information and communication technologies, information policy is part of cultural policy. Ensuring the full use of information resources by the population, the full interaction of our country with the world information flow in the late 80s and 90s of the last century, the widespread introduction of information and telecommunication technologies at the beginning has been developing since the period when issues were resolved at the republican level. These are not only scientific and technical information institutions, but also libraries, higher educational institutions that have understood the relevance of the republic's entry into the global information system, and are involved in the process of entering universities. The path of development we have chosen is aimed at updating and developing the state and society, taking into account world experience, as well as centuries-old national traditions, customs, and traditional way of life.
