This study examines the impact of innovative international education services on operational efficiency and cross-cultural learning, using OPEN GRANTS Education Co. Ltd as a case study. Founded in 2023, the company served over 2,500 students. A case study methodology revealed a 98% application success rate and 100% client satisfaction. The integrated service model fostered effective collaboration between Uzbekistan and China.
