In this article was observed the method of naturally and quality honey, which produced in condition in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The method for analysis of honey include: organoleptic and physic-chemist method. This analysis did in the accreditation scientific – experiment laboratory «Chirchiq-Sifat»in the “Uzstandartisation”
