Қорамолчилик тармоғида бошқа маҳсулотлар каби наслдор буқалардан уруғ ишлаб чиқариш ҳам ҳайвонлар организмининг ташқи муҳит омилларига мослашувчанлик (адаптив) хусусиятларига боғлиқ. Бунда мослашувчанлик хусусиятларининг энг асосий индикаторлари уларнинг сперма маҳсулдорлиги миқдор ва сифат кўрсаткичлари ҳисобланади. Шу билан биргаликда, организмнинг айрим клиник кўрсаткичлари ҳам ўзгариб туради ва бу икки омил ўртасида ўзаро боғлиқлик мавжуддир. Ушбу масалаларни айнан Ўзбекистон шароитида ўрганиб чиқиб, ўрганиш натижаларидан бу борадаги режалаштириш, ташкиллаштириш ва бошқариш ишларида унумли фойдаланиш мумкин. Маълумки, республикамиздаги қорамоллар подасини яхшиловчи наслдор буқалар хориждан (Бушуев зотига мансуб наслдор буқалардан ташқари) келтирилади. Тажрибалар давомида хориждан келтирилган ва маҳаллий Бушуев зотига мансуб ёш наслдор буқалардан спермадонор сифатида фойдаланишда уруғ маҳсулдорлигининг йил мавсумлари бўйича ўзгариши уларнинг айрим физиологик кўрсаткичларига таққосланган ҳолда тадқиқ этилди. Чунки ҳайвонларнинг маҳсулдорлик даражаси билан бевосита боғлиқликда бўладиган кўрсаткичларидан бири уларнинг организмидаги физиологик ҳолат ҳисобланади. Албатта, бунда клиник кўрсаткичларни ҳисоблаш муҳим, чунки айнан шу маълумот асосида ҳайвонларнинг маълум бир асраш шароитига мослашганлиги ва уруғ маҳсулдорлигининг кутилиши тўғрисида фикр юритиш мумкин.
