Jahonda texnologik jarayonlarni boshqarish tizimlarini takomillashtirish, xususan, neftni qayta ishlash korxonalarida sinergetik yondashuv usullaridan foydalanishni joriy etish orqali yuqori sifatli mahsulotlar olish uchun ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilmoqda. Real sharoitda ishlab chiqarish jarayonlari murakkab xususiyatga ega bo‘lib, u turli xildagi tashqi va ichki ta’sirlar ostida bo‘ladi. Shu va boshqa ta’sirlarning noaniqligi, texnologik parametrlarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi hamda ularning nochiziqlilik xususiyatlari yuqori sifatli boshqarish tizimini yaratish masalasini murakkablashtiradi. Shu jihatdan neft mahsulotlariga ishlov berish, xususan, dizel yoqilg‘isini gidrotozalash jarayonini zamonaviy boshqarish usullaridan biri bo‘lgan sinergetik yondashuv asosida boshqarish tizimlarini takomillashtirishga alohida e’tibor berilmoqda.
