The types of karakul curls are the main characteristics of the breed, and their high level of expression increases the breeding value of the sheep. In the Karakul breed of sheep, there are 4 types, the most valuable of which are semicircular, ribbed helical, fl at helical, and less valuable are the overgrown type and they show the value of the animals. The article presents the results of studies on the distribution of lambs obtained from the selection of parents according to the pattern of curl arrangement into curl types and classes.
