Ayollar turli xillik, innovatsiyalar va inklyuziv ish muhitiga hissa qo‘shib, Inson resurslarini boshqarish (HRM) amaliyotlarini qayta shakllantirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Ushbu tadqiqot ayollarning HRMdagi transformativ ta’sirini o‘rganib, ularning etakchilik uslublariga, ular duch keladigan to‘siqlarga va ularning tashkilot muvaffaqiyatiga qo‘shgan hissalariga e’tibor qaratadi.
