Mazkur maqolada Samarqand viloyatidagi bug‘doy yetishtiruvchi fermer xo‘jaliklarining texnik samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari va unga ta’sir etuvchi omillar baholangan. Tahlillar uchun 2024-yilda 300 nafar fermerlardan olingan so‘rovnoma ma’lumotlaridan foydalanilgan. Tadqiqotda ikki bosqichli metodologik yondashuv qo‘llanilgan: birinchi bosqichda Kobb-Duglas ishlab chiqarish funksiyasini qo‘llagan holda har bir fermer uchun texnik samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari hisoblangan, ikkinchi bosqichda esa Tobit regressiya orqali samaradorlikka ta’sir etuvchi ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va institutsional omillar baholangan. Natijalarga ko‘ra, o‘rtacha texnik samaradorlik darajasi 0.868 ekanligi aniqlandi. Bu fermerlarda mavjud resurslar hisobiga hosildorlikni 13% ga oshirish imkoniyati mavjudligini ko‘rsatadi. Tobit modeli natijalariga ko‘ra, oila a’zolari soni, daraxt ekish amaliyotini qo‘llash va o‘g‘itlardan foydalanish erkinligi samaradorlikka ijobiy, klasterga a’zolik esa salbiy va statistik jihatdan muhim ta’sirga ega bo‘lgan omillar ekanligi ilmiy asoslandi. Tadqiqot natijalari texnik samaradorlikni oshirish uchun resurslardan foydalanishni liberallashtirish, ekologik amaliyotlarni rag‘batlantirish va institutsional tuzilmalarni takomillashtirish zarurligini ko‘rsatmoqda.
