KARTOSHKA YIG‘ISH MASHINASI SAMARADORLIGINI OSHIRISH YO‘LLARI

Mazkur maqola kartoshka yig‘im-terimini mexanizatsiyalash samaradorligini oshirish muammosini hal etishga qaratilgan bo‘lib, unda kartoshka yig‘ish kombaynining ko‘taruvchi-ajratuvchi ishchi organini takomillashtirishning ilmiy-nazariy asoslari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotning predmeti va mavzusi markazdan qochma, ko‘tarma-elovchi chiviqli elevator (MQKEChE)ning texnologik va konstruktiv parametrlarini ishlab chiqish va ularni ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslashdan iborat. Ishning dolzarbligi shundaki, an’anaviy kombaynlarda tuproqni ajratish jarayoni past samaradorlikka ega bo‘lib, bu hosilning ifloslanishi va mexanik shikastlanishiga olib keladi. Tadqiqotda matematik modellashtirish, analitik tahlil va statistik usullar qo‘llanib, ular asosida ishchi organning optimal parametrlariga erishildi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, MQKEChEning periferik tezligi 2,5–3,0 m/s va egri qismining radiusi 0,3-0,6 m bo‘lganda, tuproqni ajratish to‘liqligi 99,4 %gacha yetadi, tugunaklarning shikastlanishi esa 3,4 %dan oshmaydi. Ishning natijalari amaliyotda qo‘llash uchun takomillashtirilgan kartoshka qazgich-yuklagich KP-2 modelida sinovdan o‘tkazildi. Bu ishlanma yengil va ixchamligi bilan ajralib turadi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, ishlab chiqilgan texnologiya mehnat sarfini 3 barobar, keltirilgan xarajatlarni 4,5 barobar kamaytiradi, bu esa uning yuqori iqtisodiy samaradorligidan dalolat beradi va shu kabi tuproq-iqlim sharoitlariga ega hududlarda keng qo‘llanishi uchun asos bo‘ladi.
