Ushbu maqola O'zbekiston Respublikasida bojxona tranzitini tashkil etish va bojxona axborot tizimini rivojlantirishni, xususan tranzit jarayonlarini raqamlashtirishga e'tibor qaratadi. Tadqiqot rivojlangan davlatlar va Yevropa Ittifoqining Yangi kompyuterlashtirilgan tranzit tizimi (NCTS) tajribasini o'rganadi. Bojxona tranzit axborot tizimlarining asosiy bosqichlari va funktsional elementlari tahlil qilinib, tranzit operatsiyalarini samaradorligini, shaffofligini va nazoratini yaxshilashga qaratilgan yondashuvlar aniqlanadi. Tranzit yuklarni qayta ishlash, bojxona organlari o'rtasida ma'lumot almashish va tovarlar harakati va kelishini kuzatish uchun raqamli vositalardan foydalanishga alohida e'tibor qaratiladi. Qiyosiy tahlil asosida O'zbekistonning E-Tranzit axborot tizimi uchun ko'p bosqichli bojxona tranzitini boshqarish algoritmi taklif etiladi. Taklif etilayotgan yondashuv bojxona nazoratini kuchaytirish, multimodal tashishni qo'llab-quvvatlash, tranzit jarayonlarini muvofiqlashtirishni yaxshilash va tashqi savdo ishtirokchilari uchun samaraliroq sharoitlarni yaratishga qaratilgan.
