Annotation: the article shows methods of planning the expenditure rates of protective equipment in the system of protection of coniferous trees and the multiplicity of their processing. It has been identified scientifically based methods of planning which need for chemical protective agents at the department of agriculture, forestry, beautification and landscaping in different economic zones of the Republic.
