DETERMINATION OF THE MAIN PARAMETERS IN THE PRODUCTION OF CARPET PRODUCTS

This article presents an analysis of some of the main parameters in the process of making handmade carpets. In the production of hand-made carpets, the problem of determining the force acting on the yarn for the root yarn from the system, the strength of the binding of the root and pile weft to the edge of a hand-made carpet was studied. It is known that the higher the force of the external surf, the stronger the effect on the stretched fibers and yarn, and the lower the thickness of the fabric as a result of the elongation of the yarn. If the threads are not stretched, then the influence of the fabric on the deformation forces is large, which leads to an increase in the service life. It is theoretically substantiated that the surf force applied to the yarn is of great importance in the production of carpet products. The carpet product took into account the oscillatory movement of the mathematical pendulum to determine the impact force of the weft thread compactor. Newton used a mathematical pendulum to determine the acceleration due to gravity with great accuracy. The accuracy of this method is so great that one can clearly detect the change in the acceleration of gravity with latitude and the deviation of gravity from the normal value due to changes in the density of the threads. In fact, it confirms the interdependence of mass and energy, which means that any energy turns into mass. But in fact, the mass does not turn into direct energy, but the mass passes from one form to another.
