This article talks about the outcomes of voice and performance оn professional development programme for Venera Yusupova and Adilya Abdishaeva which was organized by the British Council Uzbekistan. The authors compare some aspects of teaching and learning process at Rose Bruford College of Theatre & Performance in London and the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, as is well as makes some suggestions on the introduction of international experience in teaching practice at the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan.
