The article presents scientific studies conducted on the bioecology and species composition of representatives of the Diaspididae family found in the garden agrobiocenosis in 2024-2025. Among the widespread species, the bioecology of the purple shield (Parlatoria aleae Colve.), the California shield (Quadruspidiotus perniciosus Comst) and the apple comma-shaped shield (Lepidosaphes ulmi L.) was studied in depth.
