The article describes the measures used to combat pests in the conditions of organic cotton cultivation from cotton. The transition from the cotton-alfalfa crop rotation system to the cotton-cereal crop rotation system in the republic, the expansion of repeated crop types and areas, had an impact on the development of pests. It was determined that this system leads to a natural reduction of pests, diseases and weeds by 18.0-20.0%.
