ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
It has been established that endophytic fungi isolated from Chelidonium majus L. have antagonistic activity against a number of phytopathogens. Rhizopus stolonifer strain FK23 effectively inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporum and Alternaria alternata, and Plectosphaerella cucumerina FK14 Verticillium dahliae. The results confirm the potential of endophytes as biological agents of plant protection.
