ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The rapid desiccation of the Aral Sea has become a symbol of not only regional but also global ecological crisis, affecting the environment, soil cover, climate indicators, and the livelihood of the local population. This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of the morphogenetic and geochemical transformations occurring on the dried seabed, particularly focusing on dynamic changes in the physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soils. The research identified the initial stages of primitive soil formation driven by deflation, salinization, erosion, and stratified alluvial deposits. Agro-meliorative interventions aimed at restoring ecological balance through vegetation cover establishment are thoroughly examined. Increasing climatic anomalies, reduced annual precipitation, and steadily rising temperatures are regarded as core indicators of global climate change. National policies and international collaborations led by Uzbekistan to designate the Aral Sea region as a hub of ecological innovation and sustainable development are highlighted. This study offers a scientific foundation for proposing adaptive and resilient strategies tailored to the regional conditions
