This article presents the results of experiments conducted at the “Central” experimental site of the Research Institute of Grain and Legume Crops in 2023-2024. The experiments involved growing the following varieties and samples of soft winter wheat: Bumba, KN-5130, KN-3898, KN-5428, KN-3256, KN-446, KN-3044, Flesh, Ultra, Shkola, Stil-18, and studying the technological quality indicators of grain in the varieties and lines.
