The article presents the results of scientific research aimed at reducing the level of natural loss during long-term storage of storable grape varieties. The research included a comprehensive analysis of the agrobiological characteristics of the selected grape varieties, their storability and the main indicators affecting natural loss under various storage conditions. Based on the experiments, scientific conclusions were developed that have practical significance for preserving the quality of grapes and minimizing losses.
