This article presents data on the in vitro propagation of healthy plants of strawberries in a biotechnology laboratory. Morpho-biochemical indicators of strawberry varieties selected as mother material in laboratory conditions. The largest fruits of the Tong Ifori variety were recorded at 15.5 g and a high sugar content of 13.2% and ascorbic acid content of 52.3 mg/100g, and the number of shoots was 26.4 pieces. In the K-83 sample, the average fruit weight was 14.2 g, the shakar content was 7.5%, the ascorbic acid content was 47.4 mg/100g, and the number of annual vegetative shoots was 32 pieces. In the M-11 sample, the average fruit weight was 16 g, the shakar content was 6.8%, the ascorbic acid content was 44.8 mg/100g, and the number of annual vegetative shoots was 34 pieces.
