ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
Leafy vegetable crops (dill, parsley, and celery) are important products that provide the population with vitamins, minerals, and biologically active compounds. Global studies show that Fusarium oxysporum is widely distributed in leafy vegetables and in some cases causes yield losses of up to 30–60%. In the conditions of Uzbekistan, the phytosanitary significance of this fungus has not been fully studied, and particularly the assessment of pathogenicity levels on leafy vegetable crops is scientifically and practically relevant. This article presents the results of our study on the pathogenic characteristics of F. oxysporum strains isolated from leafy vegetable crops (dill, parsley, and celery). According to the experiment, strain FO21 exhibited high pathogenicity on all leafy vegetable crops. The FO5 strain isolated from celery showed strong pathogenicity only on the host plant.
