The article provides information on the species of salad vegetable aphids, their harm, and control measures. It was noted that the pests of lettuce vegetable crops are diverse, the peculiarities of their bio-ecological development depend on climatic, soil, and plant phenological stages, and 4 types of chemical preparations, such as "Vertimos Gold," "Mospilan" and "Confidor Extra," "Vioospilan," were tested on these crops against aphids, and the biological effectiveness was 86.2-88.4%.
