This study presents the findings on the pathogenic impact of Fusarium oxysporum in inducing root rot disease in seedlings of the cotton cultivars Sultan, S-6524, Xorazm-127, C-5707, C-6575, C-6580, C-8295, C-8296, C-8297 and Buxara-10. Seeds were sown in soil artificially infested with the fungus Fusarium oxysporum under laboratory conditions. The seedlings were monitored from germination until the emergence of the first true leaf, during which the occurrence of root rot disease was observed. The study reported a germination rate of 52.5-90.0% and a disease incidence of 17.5-40.0% across the different cultivars.
