The article presents the ripening periods, yields, and quantities of suitable and unsuitable for storage harvest of apple varieties Renet Simirenko, Golden Delicious, and Pink ledi grown in the conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The methodology for using iodine solution to determine storage periods and harvest timing, as well as optimal harvesting periods, has been studied.
