ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
This article analyzes the physiological responses of rice (Oryza sativa L.) to the effects of mineral fertilizers, particularly the dynamics of wet and dry biomass formation. According to the experimental results, the biomass amount in rice varieties (“Sadaf”, “Billur”, “Ziynat”) gradually increased during the growth stages. The wet biomass was associated with water supply and metabolic activity, while the dry biomass reflected the accumulation of photosynthetic products and growth efficiency. Differences in the physiological traits of the varieties were manifested depending on the rate of metabolism and the ability to utilize mineral nutrients.
