This article investigates the effect of applying different rates of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on the oil content of the lentil (Lens culinaris Medik.) variety “Sarbon.” The study was conducted under field conditions during the period of 2019–2021. According to the experimental results, increasing the amount of fertilizer led to a rise in the oil content of the grains; however, excessive fertilizer application had a negative effect on this process. The highest result was observed at the rate of P₈₀K₅₀, where the oil content of the grains was 0.16% higher compared to the control.
