In this paper, work has been carried out to improve the quality of stone materials. In particular, their physical and mechanical properties, the effect of dust particles on stone materials and the effect of needle-like particles of crushed stone on the strength of asphalt concrete have been considered. Besides, physical and mechanical properties of crushed stone brought from existing deposits of Tashkent region were considered. All tests were carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST.
