This article presents a comparative lexical analysis of emotive-expressive means in English and Uzbek media discourse. The study examines how emotional and psychological components are expressed through lexical items, as well as their communicative functions and mechanisms of discursive realization. The findings provide significant insights into the cultural and stylistic features of linguistic means in media texts and help to elucidate the interaction between language and culture.
