This article is devoted to identifying the positive and negative aspects and difficulties that arise when introducing digital technologies in the activities of transport and logistics companies. Digitalization increases the efficiency of the main processes of transport and logistics services, increases the accuracy of planning and forecasting, processes incoming requests for goods delivered at high speed. The data are coded according to the following indicators: digital mode, obstacles and problems in the implementation of digital systems in logistics, and the advantages of using digital technologies. It was found that the lack of qualified personnel, lack of funds and external factors (political situation, business environment, state support, etc.) have a significant negative impact. In addition, digital technologies used by some foreign and domestic organizations were identified. In particular, digital transformation in the logistics and transport sector helps industry companies to take advantage of new technologies and become competitive in a constantly expanding market. The possibilities of using information technologies in the development of digital logistics are presented, and scientific, methodological and practical proposals and recommendations are presented.
